Hey, I love the map! I didn't think I would get much from it, but as I looked, I found myelsf wondering where Ravenwood is and am eager to see the completed map. It does make the story have more body to it. I can imagine how it would also be helpful to you. Good idea making the map!I'm not in favor of the Words behind count. My opinion: Lose that. Weight. Oh, I'm on that! Here's my deal. I've been working out for 3 years and have not lost weight. At first it was Curves; so let's say 1.5 years at Anytime Fitness. I ride a bike 4 times a week to the gym (round trip 5-6 miles depending on route). I walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes each time. I workout hard for 40 minutes twice a week. I eat very healthy, though I do have a muffin twice a week and a protein bar 3 times a week. Ok, so why don't I lose weight? So, I read Dr. Oz's book, You on a Diet, recently. He recommends measuring the waist instead of the pounds. He has good reason for it. So, I measured and I lost an inch in my waist in the past few months. So, bottom line, I dropped doing the scale thing. That measurement told me that all my hard work is getting something done (plus my biceps tell me the same thing) and the scale was making me sad. Dr. Oz is not a great writer, but I think it is the most helpful diet book I've read. I'm feeling a lot more hopeful at 65 years old and 165 pounds (and wanting 135).
